30-1100 ton Hydraulic Machines
The H Series has an elegant new design featuring a modern style and a compact door for easy operation. Wide clearance between tie-rods, the spacious daylight opening and an ample clamping stroke are suitable for a large variety of mold sizes and easy mold handling. A highly sensitive low pressure clamping system protects the mold and machine against damage. Fast mold open/close speed and an improved hydraulic brake circuit for clamp movement reduce the mold opening and closing time resulting in a fast overall cycle. A high precision direct-clamping mechanism provides repeatability. Our Hydromatch System reduces energy requirements with increased efficiency of the hydraulic motor, effective utilization of screw speed and torque, and proper balance of the hydraulic flow control, relief valves and hydraulic circuit.
The high injection pressure and great injection power are suitable for high precision and superior quality molding. Our machine excels with the new DBG Screw (dynamic barrier for general purpose) and its enhanced design increases plasticizing capacity enabling faster molding cycles. It ensures high efficiency of low temperature plasticization and produces a homogenous melt and high degree of mixing. The result is higher precision and less shrinkage of molded products. The newly developed HB-alloy extra wear resistant bimetallic cylinder provides higher resistance to abrasion, affords stable injection molding of engineering plastics, and extends the life of the heating cylinder.
